Olivia Roberts is an Adjunct Professor at Post University and offers Leadership Development consultation to profit and non-profit organizations. Dr. Roberts graduated from Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA with a Doctoral Degree in Strategic Leadership. She holds an MBA in Business, a master’s in labor Relations and a bachelor’s degree in English. In addition, Dr. Roberts is employed as a Senior Strategic Account Executive for a leading Utility firm in Connecticut and is an Ordained Minister in the Church of God. She serves as the Women’s Discipleship President and Leadership Development Director for the MCS Church of God, East Hartford, Ct.
Dr. Roberts enjoys sports, reading, writing and music. Her free time includes playing a game of scrabble.
