Matt McCaffrey is a 30-year professional in the field of school Enrollment Management. Matt’s experience is schools includes Pre-K through eight, High School, and College/University settings which includes a recent four-year stint as a Montessori Head of School in Canton, Ohio. A Connecticut native, Matt and his family returned in 2021 after a 36-year hiatus following a move to the Midwest in 1985. Matt earned a double bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from Wilkes University and a Master of Science degree in Education, also from Wilkes. He has an extensive background in coaching basketball and lacrosse at a multitude of different levels.
He currently serves as Director of Enrollment Management and Head JV Lacrosse Coach at Xavier High School in Middletown. In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, attending live music events, reading, and is a passionate University of Michigan football fan.
