On Campus Procedures

Sanitation

CLASSROOMS ARE CLEANED 3 TIMES A DAY

  • All toys touched by students are disinfected, sanitized, and dried between uses

  • All tables, chairs, desks are disinfected

  • Dishes are sanitized in a dishwasher

  • If there is exposure in a classroom, the entire room is sanitized

Parents

PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHIN THE BUILDING, ALL COMMUNICATION IS LIMITED TO VIRTUAL/PHONE COMMUNICATION THROUGH PROCARE

  • Procare online check-in: remote check-in within a block of the school to prevent on-campus interaction

    • COVID-19 tracking of symptoms recorded for each daily check-in, temperatures are taken upon arrival (both the child and parent)

    • Children’s temperatures are taken throughout the day, and parents are kept up to date (must come to pick up the child within an hour if they have a temperature above 99.9 ºF)

Infant and Toddler Classrooms

THESE FIRST-FLOOR CLASSROOMS HAVE THEIR OWN DESIGNATED ENTRANCE, DROP OFF, AND PICK UP AREAS

  • Teachers have their own dedicated break rooms

  • Rooms are isolated from one another. Parents, teachers, and students do no interact between floors

  • Toddler classrooms have UV-C lights using hospital-grade technology to filter air particle

Second Floor Classrooms

ALL SECOND-FLOOR CLASSROOMS HAVE THEIR OWN DESIGNATED ENTRANCE, DROP OFF, AND PICK UP AREAS

  • Teachers have their own dedicated break rooms

  • Rooms are isolated from one another. Parents, teachers, and students do no interact between floors

Belongings

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • Kids are given their own set of supplies and are instructed not to share among students to ensure sanitary conditions

Sibling-Paired Classrooms

SIBLING PAIRED CLASSROOMS

  • These special Classrooms are separated from the other rooms to observe any cross-contamination and ensure overall safety
